The Tech4NonDev Cohort Program is a 6-month intensive training course which equips participants with essential project management, business analysis, product management, quality assurance, and agile methodologies to excel in the tech eco-system. The course is designed for individuals looking to transition into non-technical roles in the tech industry. The program consists of two phases: a 3-month training phase and a 3-month internship phase. Participants gain knowledge and hands-on experience in five professional courses, including Project Management Professional, Scrum Master, Business Analysis, Product Management, and Quality Assurance. This hands-on experience prepares them for real-world job roles, ensuring they are industry ready.
