Job Objectives: To support GM Treasury in discharging all key Treasury initiatives and contribute to the further development of the Group Treasury function.
Essential Duties:
- Oversee all issues relating to opening, transmitting, and payment of Letters of Credit Prepare and submit weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly reports on trade obligations
- Ensure the analysis and measurement of FX Risk exposure
- Monitor trade charges to identify excess charges that can be claimed
- Ensure the preparation of cash flow forecasts for various BUs.
- Manage Bank Relationship and also maintains a register of bank contacts and internal/external clients
- Ensure the review of bank facility documents to establish that it meets Group Treasury rules and follows up with all parties to ensure they are executed
- Ensure the re-Calculation of Interest & other bank charges. Computes the re-calculation of all interest and charges monthly and advises subsidiaries where evidence of over-charge is identified
- Perform any other job-related duties that may be assigned by his/her direct manager
