Production Manager

Qualifications & Experience:
 BSC/HND in any Technical/Engineering or any related Field.
 Minimum 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3
years as a Production Supervisor, preferably in Manufacturing or medical device
production.
 Strong knowledge of production processes, machine operations, and assembly
line management.
 Experience in supervising operators, technicians, and production staff.
 Understanding of quality control standards, and GMP (Good Manufacturing
Practices).
 Familiarity with production efficiency optimization.
 Ability to analyze production data, monitor KPIs, and implement process
improvements.
 Knowledge of safety protocols, workplace discipline
 Strong troubleshooting skills for equipment downtime reduction and quick
problem resolution.
Preferred Skills & Additional Knowledge:
 Experience in the medical device industry (syringes, needles, or plastic
components) is an advantage.
 Familiarity with ERP systems for production planning and reporting.
 Strong leadership and team management skills to maintain productivity and
motivation.
 Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and ensure smooth production
flow.
