Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning and Leadership – Develop and implement the company’s technology strategy aligned with business
objectives. – Lead and manage the technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
– Collaborate with the executive team to set clear priorities and goals for IT management and support.
Strategic Partnership Management – Develop and maintain strategic relationships with major OEM partners.
– Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure mutual benefits and adherence to agreed terms.
– Act as the primary liaison between the company and OEM partners for technology initiatives.

Technology Development and Implementation
– Develop and implement the company’s technology strategyaligned with business objectives.
– Lead and manage the technology team, fostering a cultureof innovation and continuous improvement.
– Collaborate with the executive team to set clear priorities andgoals for IT management and support.
– Define and implement a technology roadmap aligned with boththe company’s business
goals and OEM partner strategies.
– Identify and leverage opportunities for technologicalinnovation in collaboration with OEM partners.
– Ensure the company remains at the forefront of technologytrends and OEM advancements.
Product and Solution Development
– Lead the development and enhancement of in-house softwareproducts.
– Oversee the integration of OEM technologies andsolutions into the company’s product offerings.
Ensure that new solutions meet market demands and enhancethe company’s competitive
edge.
Software Development Oversight
– Provide technical direction and oversight for all in-housesoftware development projects.
– Implement best practices for software development, includingAgile methodologies.
– Ensure high standards of software quality and reliabilitythrough code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.
Project Management
– Manage the delivery of IT projects within budget and timeconstraints.
– Ensure all projects are delivered to scope, quality, andcustomer satisfaction.
– Develop and manage budgets for technology projects
Sales and Marketing Support
– Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promotein-house software and OEM- based solutions to clients.
– Assist in developing sales strategies, marketing materials,and training programs related to in-house and OEM technologies.
Client and Stakeholder Management
– Serve as the primary contact for clients on all technicalmatters.
– Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders,clients, and partners.
– Present technology solutions to clients and stakeholders,ensuring their alignment with business needs.
Training and Development
– Liaise with Human Resources to facilitate trainingprograms for staff on new OEM technologies and in-house software.
– Ensure the team is up-to-date with the latest advancementsfrom OEM partners and in- house technologies.
– Encourage continuous learning and professionaldevelopment within the technology team.
Security, Compliance and Risk Management
– Implement robust IT security strategies to protect companydata and infrastructure.
– Conduct risk assessments and initiate risk mitigationstrategies.
– Ensure all solutions and integrations comply with relevantregulations, industry standards, best practices and OEM guidelines.
– Identify and mitigate risks associated with OEM technologyimplementations and in-house software development.
– Conduct regular audits and reviews of technology systems andprocesses.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting
– Monitor the performance and impact of OEM-based solutionsand in-house software.
– Provide regular reports to senior management and OEMpartners on project status, performance metrics, and ROI.
– Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making andcontinuous improvement.
Innovation and Thought Leadership
– Champion innovation within the organization, encouragingthe exploration of new technologies and approaches.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies,and best practices.
– Promote innovation within the Technology team.
– Lead research and development initiatives to keep thecompany at the forefront of technology.
– Represent the company at industry events, conferences,and forums, sharing insights on technology trends and OEM collaborations.
– Publish articles, whitepapers, and case studies onsuccessful OEM partnerships and technology implementations.
2. Professional Experience:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in ITmanagement with solution architecture as core , withat least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in ICT consulting, includingproject management and client engagement.
• Strong knowledge of software development, systemarchitecture, and IT infrastructure.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonalskills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to makedecisions under pressure.
• Familiarity with various operating systems andplatforms, including emerging technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
3. Preferred Skills
• Experience with cloud computing, cybersecurity, and dataanalytics.
• Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, or ITIL are a plus.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
