The Scrum Product Owner course develops the skills required to represent the business inside an Agile delivery team and to make the trade-offs that determine whether a product succeeds. Participants learn to build and order a product backlog, write user stories that development teams can act on, define acceptance criteria, manage stakeholder expectations, and measure delivered value rather than delivered effort. The course covers the Scrum framework end to end from the Product Owner’s seat, including sprint planning, review, and the difference between output and outcome. It is ideal for product managers, business analysts, project managers moving into Agile roles, and business stakeholders who fund or sponsor product work. Participants leave able to hold the Product Owner accountability on a live Scrum team.
