Description
The Real-World Finance Project is a twelve-week supervised internship in which participants apply accounting and financial analysis skills to live organisational work under the guidance of experienced practitioners. Participants work through general ledger review, reconciliation, management reporting, budget preparation and variance analysis, and the automation of recurring finance processes, producing outputs to a professional standard. The programme is structured around real deliverables with review checkpoints, so that participants finish with a portfolio of work rather than a certificate alone. It is ideal for finance graduates, career changers entering finance, junior finance staff seeking accelerated exposure, and professionals returning to the workforce. Participants leave with verifiable practical experience and a reference from supervised work.
