Description
The Customer Centricity course examines how organisations restructure their strategy, processes, and measurement around customer value rather than internal convenience. Participants learn to map the customer journey end to end, identify the moments that determine loyalty, design feedback loops that produce action rather than reports, and select the metrics that genuinely track customer outcomes. The course covers customer segmentation, experience design, the economics of retention versus acquisition, and the organisational changes required to make customer centricity real rather than aspirational. It is ideal for business leaders, customer experience and service managers, marketing and sales leadership, and operations managers. Participants leave with a diagnostic of their own organisation and a prioritised set of changes.
