Network operations manager

Key Responsibilities

· Planning and executing network projects such as upgrades, expansions, migrations and integration.

· Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, availability and security issues while ensuring compliance with SLAs.

· Manage and supervise a team of network engineers, technicians and administrators while providing guidance and training

· Coordinate with other IT Managers, vendors and stakeholders to align network strategies and business needs.

· You are to develop and enforce network policies and standards while ensuring adherence to industry regulations and best policies.

· They recommend network technologies to improve efficiency, reliability and scalability.

· Contribute to design and enhancement of the company’s data center infrastructures.

· Manages outages bridges, compose detailed shift and outage reports to Management.

· Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in Network Engineering.

· Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.

· Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account set and network configuration.

Educational qualifications

· Bsc or Hnd in Engineering Telecomms, (masters degree in any engineering related course as an added advantage)

· Minimum of 10 years experience with at least 3years as regional engineer

· Proficiency in Technical tools that can drive digital marketing and data optimization will be an advantage
