Electrical Engineer

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a
related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with hands-on
expertise in electrical systems.
Strong knowledge of electrical control panels, including design, troubleshooting,
and maintenance.
Experience with different types of electrical motors (AC, DC, Servo, Stepper) and
their control systems.
Proficiency in working with industrial sensors (proximity, pressure, temperature,
optical, etc.).
Good knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting.
Good knowledge of automation systems, including SCADA, HMI
Understanding of VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives) and motor controllers for
process control.
Knowledge of machine maintenance, power distribution, and energy efficiency
optimization in industrial settings.
Preferred Skills & Additional Knowledge:
Experience in injection molding or medical device manufacturing is an
advantage.
Ability to troubleshoot and improve electrical circuits, wiring, and schematics.
Understanding robotics and industrial automation for process improvement is an
advantage.
Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis and process optimization.
Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical, production, and
maintenance departments.
Familiarity with electrical safety standards and compliance with industrial
regulations.
