Description
The Transformation & IT course examines how organisations plan and execute technology-enabled change, and why so much of it fails to deliver the expected value. Participants learn to build a transformation case, assess organisational readiness, sequence change so that adoption keeps pace with deployment, manage vendor and delivery partners, and measure benefit realisation after go-live. The course covers operating model change, data and systems consolidation, change resistance, and the governance structures that keep transformation programmes honest. It is ideal for business managers sponsoring or affected by technology change, IT managers who need to speak the language of the business, project and programme managers, and transformation office staff. Participants leave able to assess and challenge a transformation plan on its merits.
