Description

The JIRA Project Tracking course is a practical, hands-on session covering the configuration and daily use of JIRA for tracking work across both Agile and traditional projects. Participants learn to set up projects and boards, design issue types and workflows, manage sprints and backlogs, build filters using JQL, and produce the dashboards and reports management asks for. The course is delivered on live instances so that every concept is applied rather than described. It is ideal for project managers, Scrum Masters, product owners, business analysts, developers, and PMO staff who are responsible for reporting on delivery.
