Salary Survey and Technical Position Nomenclature done the Technology Team


The Technology team had a high turn over dues to many reasons and particular survey done revealed the naming convention was not aligning with the global world. Employees needed to be at par with their global counterparts

Tech team wanted Tech positions as against the old convention of designations as having a competitive salary.


We gathered from requests of similar jobs, survey conducted from similar positions from both within and outside of the industry. A review was done with four teams in AXA and approval for implementation.


This is being used as part of their Employee retention strategy, Salary review and organizational growth.
